Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Have you known these things?
What is portrait photography?
Portrait photography focuses on capturing the personality of people, either individually or in groups. The types of photos produced are focused, artistic, or clinical events. Weddings, events, or senior portraits are also included in this branch of photography.
What to look for when buying tripod?
First, choose one with high stability because that's the main reason why a tripod exists until today. Second, choose a material that is sturdy enough to hold your camera and lens safely, and you should be able to use it on uneven surfaces with ease. After that, consider the durability and portability.
What are the advantages of using a tripod?
To take long exposure shots, you have to make sure the shutter is open for at least a couple of seconds with steady. That would be difficult without the aid of a tripod. You can also shoot a video with you in it at overhead, eye level, or, low angle with ease. Get a selfie without the arm-stretch, especially if your hands aren't long enough to capture the beautiful scenery behind you. Lastly, you can try a timelapse.
What is the best tripod for me?
There are numerous factors that influence a tripod to be the best. First, from the product itself, of course, the material, stability, and other features. Meanwhile, no matter how great the quality is, it is not necessarily suitable for you. It depends on what terrain you use it, for professional or casual photos, you need a very expandable or pocket-sized one, the answer is on you.

The tripod's legs feel as impressively robust and rigid so there's no need to worry about collapsing easily. The stability is also not in doubt. You can take photos of people individually or in groups without the slightest blur.
Very sturdy and good quality tripod. I've used it for both indoor and outdoor photography. It holds the camera steady and lets me get up close. I'm very happy with the investment I made in this tripod.

If you are bored with black or silver tripods, MeFOTO GlobeTrotter Classic gives you a wide range of colors, such as blue, green, and red. It will make you stand out from the crowd in a good way. It is made of aluminum; it weighs 4.6 pounds with a large capacity of 26.4 pounds. It works like a wonder for either portrait or landscape photography.
As good as it gets for a travel tripod. The head seems a tad underwhelming but it does the trick. I can mount a D810 with a 70-200 without issue in both landscape and portrait.

Much more resistant than the first gorillapod I bought, it is really complete with the screw-on mount on the camera, the spirit level and the notch for portrait mode.
