The Manduka eKO line is composed of natural tree rubber, without the use of “harmful plasticizers,” and is created in a zero-waste manner (according to Manduka). Rubber mats from Manduka are touted to be devoid of harmful chemicals, dyes, and phthalates, created from renewable resources, and foamed with non-toxic foaming agents to make the rubber more malleable and comfortable to step on. Polyester and cotton fibers enhance the rubber in these mats. Tri-layer technology in the Manduka eKO mat provides a combination of grip, durability, and slip-resistance. The two layers are joined by a stretch-resistant core, which enhances their longevity. The regular eKO mat, which is 71 inches long and 26 inches broad, features a sealed-cell surface, meaning that it does not collect moisture (and germs) as many open-cell rubber mats do. Compared to open-cell rubber mats, this one lasts longer.

This is the perfect down dog mat! No slipping and just the right amount of padding.

Newer to yoga and don't know much about the different yoga mat materials. Ended up loving this material! Very grippy, nice texture that's cool to the touch (nice for once you warm up in the workout).

A heated yoga session is the best place to use the Yoloha Unity Cork mat. Extra-thick recycled cork and rubber surface and cushioned foam support provide excellent grip on this tough mat. As a result of its anti-bacterial properties and environmental friendliness, it does not absorb water and dries quite fast. As a result, you won’t need to roll out a towel before your practice. 84 inches wide by 30 inches long, it is generously thick at 0.25 inches and well-balanced. It’s flat and doesn’t curl up at the ends, which is a huge plus. 

As someone with multiple knee surgeries, I have had a hard time finding a mat that supports me without having to double up the mat for padding. This mat is incredibly supportive and great for any yoga flow. I highly recommend!

Love the grip and comfort of the mat, and doesn’t have the weird yoga mat smell that comes with most mats.
