I’m using this for post-op rotator cuff recovery. Pillow is nice, wide and firm. Works better than I expected. I’m using other pillows to cradle my arm. Firmness works perfectly with adjustments. High quality construction. It would be nice if it had a pocket or similar on the sides. Otherwise, this works perfectly for my needs.
