I was not expecting this heater to be the size it is but upon opening, my dachshund went absolutely nuts and thought we had bought her her own little fireplace which basically we have. It puts off pretty consistent heat for being so little and the style is so cute! If you want a powerful heater, I would look elsewhere but if you want a miniature heater that puts off decent heat and looks adorable, look no further.

I don’t know why the manufacturer recommends avoiding this fuel, it burns without odor, completely, and offers a beautiful frame. We are very happy with this purchase.

I bought two terra flame i gave one to my sister as and early Christmas gift my sister used her terra flame on Dec..7th she had me and 26 ladies over for a holiday party and everyone talk about how beautiful her Terra Flame was. I will buy another one or maybe two to give as Christmas gift to my nieces. I have not use my yet because I had to reorder another because when I order two the frist time I only received one. I am sure it was just and over sight of a clerk. So I will still give Terra Flame a 5 starr rating. So if you are looking to give someone and impressive gift this is one that will impress. We love it! We celebrated New Years 2017 at my house and placed it on our deck. It gives a good amount of heat and all of our friends loved it. We followed the suggestions from other buyers regarding the placement of the stones, regulated the flow slowly when turning it on and had a back up gas tank. My husband who loves our wood burning fire pit was skeptical to switch to gas and had our wood burning one ready as back up, but he did not have to use it as this one worked great. We live in the SF Bay Area so our winters nights can be pretty cold and this firebowl kept us warm!

Believe it or not, they put off some decent heat, too. We went to a local home wares store and bought two marble tiles to go underneath them on the glass top tables. Perfect!

This thing is amazing. So simple but really beautiful! Leaving the snuffer on the pot prevents the liquid from evaporating, which is awesome. Very cost-efficient. I recommend buying medical-grade rubbing alcohol 99%. The stuff at the grocery store is 70% at best. Get ready for a big flame from a small source. The flames even jump slightly higher than the glass. Beautiful!
