Really good fire pit. Love the design, have a rust look to it. This thing is well built and weight 100lbs. This should last you a very long time. This is made out of corten steel, the same material use for building bridge and look better with age. Wish they have a lid for it. The smaller version have a lid but not this model. Hope they will release a lid for it soon! Once it gets going there are no smoke!

Even if a fire pit produces no smoke, sparks may still fly. This fire pit has a spark screen, as well as a retractable stand, a deflector ring to elevate it off the ground below, and a waterproof cover. The fire pit can store 16-inch logs, but there’s no ash pan at the bottom, so you’ll have to shovel them out the following day, as it’s likely too heavy to handle and dump at 43 pounds.

I received my fire pit a little while back. It is working better than expected and has held up well with the cover through the rain. It's not "smokeless", but really is smoke reducing. It produces decent heat and just looks good. I contacted Dragonfire about using duraflame and while the fire pit can accommodate a duraflame log, using hardwood is recommended and preferred (the fire pit isn't a flat surface and you won't get the flames and heat you would with hardwood). Hardwood has been working well so far. Using 2-3 12-15in logs lasts around 2 hours for me. Seems easy enough to clean as well.

Does everything it claims to, and very affordable. Have had for 2 weeks, and cooked multiple meals on it. # fat wood sticks, additional wood... put the light to it and then walk away. 30 minutes later it's smokeless and ready for cooking. The design does not throw off much heat, so don't get it if that's what you're looking for. I've recommended to several folks already, would not hesitate to buy again.

Contrary to what Michael said I am happy with my Vevor pit. Packaging was also fine and styrofoam was firmer than most to protect the pit and unit arrived without damage. The welds look fine, and was able to move it to where I wanted it without issues. The edge can feel a bit sharp but it’s a fire pit its meant to be static and def not portable (camping trips) since it does weigh close to 40lbs. I did place it on a flat movers dolly since I didn’t have a second person to help once out of box. I had one burn and pit was smokeless as advertised after burn I didn’t notice any damage or warping. I am keeping it and happy with purchase compared to other similar pits costing 10x more.

This choice, which is little over a foot high, is ideal for a lightweight fire pit with a tiny footprint. It’s made of stainless steel and has a tiered top, a thin base, and openings on both sides to allow for maximum ventilation. Regular firewood may be used, albeit due to the fire pit’s small size, getting logs inside may be difficult. Wood pellets, which are easy to pour in and burn longer and hotter, are your best choice. The fire pit is very lightweight, weighing just 15 pounds. The wood pellets and carrying cases seen in the photographs are available for purchase separately.

Was a little hesitant for the splurge but so glad I did, I do a lot of solo camping you’re around and so tired of dealing with wood and smoke. The process of getting the fire started could not be easier, just takes about 10 minutes for it to get going which is about the same amount of time it takes me to collect my favorite beverage and settled into my outdoor lounge chair. Super easy to transport,I have neck issues and cannot lift a lot of weight without triggering pain so really appreciate the functionality of this fire pit. Super mobile and highly recommended. Money well spent!

The Solo Stove is an excellent alternative for camping if you want an ultra-light, efficient burner. This type is designed for a solitary traveler or camper who needs enough heat to boil water, cook supper, and perhaps roast a few marshmallows. The Lite burner is a fantastic addition to your camping gear, weighing in at a deceptively light nine ounces.

Very, very happy with this purchase. This stove creates a fire in minutes. I use a cotton ball dipped in Vaseline to get it started with kindling. The stove is lightweight, portable, has a carrying case, and leaves no mess because it completely cremates the wood. The way it’s made carries air through the appropriate vents to ignite and stay lit. We’ve even used it during a light drizzle and windy conditions and it still started up for me. You could use it at the beach. It’s not very big but a party of 8 can sit around it and roast things. I’ve even cooked chili with it for our hot dogs.

I did so much research before buying a fire pit. Initially, I wanted a gas fire pit, but my friends who had them said they weren't so great, plus expensive fire pits didn't seem too durable over time. We bought this for multiple reasons. First, we camp a lot and this is a much nicer way to have a safe campfire rather than trying to use the large steel containers most parks supply. And it's easy to tote around (comes with a carry bag). Plus we can cook on it while camping. Second, we love to sit around a fire outside in the evenings at home as well, and this fits the bill perfectly. I like the fact you can get your legs and feet close to it and keep warm. Doesn't take much wood to get a warm fire with little smoke. Takes some practice getting used to - but well worth it! Just remember to charge the battery ahead of time.
