It was very easy to install, especially once the wiring from the RV side was figured out. Takes about 25 seconds for the hot water to get to the faucet. Controls are easy to use also. Just set the heat to where you want and leave it. Doesn't use much propane either going on a month on a 30 lb bottle and still going strong. Wouldn't advise boondockers it does take a little more water but RV fill hook ups is all good.
