The installation was easy and instructions straight forward. The unit is able to heat the water through the entire house, even while 2 are showering and the dishwasher is running. Overall, we are very satisfied with this unit.

I purchased this to use in our new house bc I knew we would have well water and often wells don't work well with hot water tanks (previous experience). We have 4 kids and we also had two foster daughters. We ran the dishwasher, and all showered at least once a day. We also have a large dog (not that he used that much water, but still). This machine worked like a dream. Never ran out of hot water. Always on time. No funky smells from water eroding the copper pipe in the tank. I'll never buy a water heater w a tank again.
