I ordered this mask because I have terrible insomnia and anxiety. I needed something to help me get to sleep at night. Ever since I’ve gotten this, I’m starting to sleep a little better. It took a second to get adjusted, but I absolutely love it now. It has cooling gel technology, so you don’t have to worry about sweating through it. Be sure to tighten the band to your face or else you’ll wake up with it on the floor. All in all, super comfy, seems to be long lasting and I love the coolness.

Best of all, it stays cold for about an hour - another reason for recommending it.
