This ergonomic mask is packed with microbeads and wraps around the head, crisscrossing in front of the eyes and fastening with Velcro at the nape of the neck. As a result, you’ll be enveloped in a super-soft cocoon of darkness. It’s also flexible, so it suits a variety of head sizes. This sleep mask is also useful for those times when you need to escape from the outside world for a few moments of meditation.

This is a great eye mask, it takes time to get it adjusted “just so” so be patient. You need to be careful to not put excess pressure on your eyes (I woke up near-sided once because it was too tight... don’t worry... it went away). I LOVE that this mask is robust and also allows you to pair it with noise cancelling over-ear headphones.

Considering that it’s a curved type, it does a good job of blocking out light. Depending on the shape of your facial features, it may allow in small slithers of light, as with many sleep masks. The straps can be adjusted to fit your needs and will not irritate your skin or hair.

My husband works an occasional shift of nights and he was having a hard time sleeping during the day no matter what we did with the curtains and the blinds. I ordered this item because it seemed to have a soft cup-shaped look to it instead of some material that would just sit on top of his eyelids. He absolutely loves it! It not only sat well on his face, but didn't put pressure on his eyelids and really kept the light out. The ear plugs were a bonus too!

Sweet Dreams is a sleep mask by DreamTime that is made of a soft velvet material that filters out light (there are even nose flaps, so absolutely no light can seep in). It also emits natural lavender aromatherapy, which has a very soothing effect and helps you sleep better.

I have no complaints about this mask. It helps relax my eyes, smells good, and eases my journey to sleep. The Velcro strap sometimes gets caught in my hair but it is the price I happily pay for a snug fit when most of these masks stretch too quickly.
