We have a Japanese well know brand rice cooker for some times now. The inner pot started peeling and got into the cooked rice. I've heard a lot of good things about Cuckoo and decided to try since it was on sale. The result.. oh my!! The rice came out so delicious! Multifunction as well. You will not regret!!

I ordered it from Japan and I received it about two weeks ago. I am quite happy about its performance. It had steam tray, rice measuring cup and serving spatula too. The instructions are clear and simple. Easy to use.

Built in the Japanese style. This cooker has a removable big steam vent and a 2-program delay time feature. There are seven cooking techniques and a capacity of 12 cups. The Toshiba TRCS01 rice cooker also has a keep warm feature that can last up to 24 hours.

I have been using this cooker for several times now and the rice is cooked perfectly, tastes good, much better than the Cuisinart one I had before. Nice design. The only cons is that the inner pot capacity is smaller than it supposes to . I usually cook 3-4 cups of uncool Jasmine rice and is a little bit less than 6 cups cooked rice (Under the 6-cups max mark inside the pot. I am pretty sure it can't be 12 cups cooked rice. Overall, I like this rice cooker very much. No doubt with products made in Japan.

Keeps the heat down in the kitchen ! I love it & I have a small kitchen so this is going to take the place of my crock pot , rice cooker , my steamer and a pot on the stove !

It’s not shocking that this machine is expensive. This Panasonic SR-HZ106 was made with high-quality components. It has a 7-layer inner pot with a diamond coating, making it suitable for the induction technique. In addition, it has an auto-shutoff function to prevent overheating.

We love it and take it on all of our trips. My wife is asian and spent 27+ years in japan and said this is just like the one she had there!

Mainly use it for rice cooking. As good as what I've used in Japan. A standard cooking time may last for 1 hour, but it's the key to cook delicious rice. Good for those who have patience, maybe.
