I've been on a kick of making chocolate cookies. I replace 1/3 of the powdered coco the recipe asks for with this. Make the cookies a little sweeter and the added maca gives a person a little more energy, at least it does for me.

When you open a bag of Navitas Cacao Nibs, you’re likely to detect a strong dark chocolate aroma. These nibs have an irregular roughness that gives a natural sensation. Since this product is organic, it should go without saying, but the breakup of the nibs vs uniform machine cuts is a wonderful contrast from most of the competing markets. These nibs have a delightfully bitter, dark chocolate flavor with a mild aftertaste.

These were delicious and added great texture and flavor to my 1st made from scratch 3 layer cake!! I added these on top of the frosting in the middle layer and then patted around the outside lower edge of cake. Just have to make another cake to use the rest! :)

Unlike other brands, in several packs i havent found any weird tasting nibs. And, they taste good: chew with medjool dates and i have my chocolate candy fix wout having to eat chocolate candy.
