Was having problems with my old modem. Plugged this in, called spectrum to activate it, worked like a champ. Prob the best you can get for the money. Been very reliable, hasn't disconnected or cycled on me once, and is really good for wireless gaming. Have had no latency issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
