The Blue Snowball iCE is a low-cost alternative to the #1 pick on our list. It’s quite easy to use, owing to the plug-and-play capabilities of USB microphones. The frequency response range of 40Hz to 18kHz provides us with a smooth frequency response and high-quality sound. You’ll also be able to choose between cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns. While many streamers will not need it, there is also a -10dB pad that can be adjusted to reduce sensitivity so that you may capture louder sound sources.

I recommend this mic to people who either want to begin in streaming or to just have a better quality mic during gameplay/ meetings or anything else you might need to use a mic! Sounds great and looks cool for the price

The Audio Technica AT2005USB only detects sounds from the capsule’s front. The frequency response of 50Hz to 50kHz isn’t the most detailed, but this streaming microphone features a low-mass diaphragm that will do more than enough to get your voice over to your listeners in a forceful way. It weighs almost half a pound and comes with desktop tripod support! The headphone connection, which allows you to check your audio during live stream events, is something we really cherish.

Exactly what I was looking for my stream. Works well with a Mixer physical or digital. I didn't use the stand but I am sure that works with no issues.

The Audio Technica AT2020, being a unidirectional condenser microphone, strikes a good mix between recording high-quality audio and taking up all background noise. It is side-addressed, enabling you to suspend the microphone upright while singing into the capsule’s side. This function provides a larger surface area for picking up voices as well as music. The Yeti doesn’t seem to be showing its age, combining class-leading performance with a simple, easy-to-use design. It’s also reasonably priced, so it can accommodate both first-time microphone owners and seasoned streamers. The Blue Yeti features bidirectional, omnidirectional, and stereo recording patterns in addition to cardioid mode. If you live stream podcast recordings or interviews rather than games or commentary, you have a lot more options.

Bought this for a friend that does hard-core gaming and streaming to replace the standard built-in mic he was using on his camera. Sound quality improved by 1000%.

The HyperX QuadCast S has completely configurable RGB lighting, making it an excellent complement for other light-up gaming peripherals and PCs. Its cardioid-pattern recording sounds are crisp and clear enough for professional streamers, and its built-in shock mount prevents unpleasant bumping noises while repositioning it. The QuadCast S is more costly than the RGB-less QuadCast, but it’s one of our favorite lighted microphones.

I bought this mic for my daughter for her gaming stream. The sound quality that this gives, is amazing! It made a huge difference in her quality and her viewers all love the change for the better!

This gives you access to a slew of audio parameters that you wouldn’t be able to adjust with just the microphone. We particularly like the B20’s sleek design and clear sound quality.
