I bought this for my BF and he's a personal trainer. He used it immediately and told me it was amazing how he felt more oxygen in his muscles and even though it takes a bit to adjust because of the intensity of breathing, it works wonders on him. It's a one size fit, I tried it on myself and what I love about it is how comfortable and adjustable it is. I was indecisive on whether to buy this one of another one out there that was a bit more expensive but come on, this one had the most positive comments and now that we've tried it, we will stick to this one!!. You won't regret it.
