I don't know how durable it'll last since I know my test training mask can hold me for 6-8 months. My head is a size medium and its roomy with this mask. You know when you start to feel that wishy washy motion going on with your mouth, you know you got a REAL TRAINING MASK AND YOU NEED TO TURN DOWN THE RESISTANT DIAL.

Ok my glasses are crooked because I fell, but I want to show how well this fits. If it didn't fit perfectly my glasses would have been all fogged up.
