Not at all difficult to assemble for one person. Filled it to the max with sand, so it’s extremely heavy. It can be wheeled around the room easily though. I’m using it for Muay Thai, boxing, and some Kung Fu. I’m a 5’11 170LB advanced practitioner. I like a bag that moves around a lot so that I can work ranging and strafing.

It is sturdy. I’m a big guy. I hit around 800 pounds of force regularly. The bag holds up. I put 200 pounds of sand in and yes it moves, but all bags move. I’ll be putting another 100 in the bag when I get my full strength and speed back. So if you are reading this go for it. It will hold up.

I had this product for few days now. easy set up and solid stand. some people said in the review put the sands in the bottom, for my opinion water should be fine. i am 6feet tall 180 lbs and i am fine with the 80% of the water filled. my son has been playing with it. he is loving it too. nice product.

The base of this Power Core bag is robust and tall. It weighs around 250 pounds when loaded with water and 370 pounds when filled with sand. The air-foam chamber bag above may be adjusted from 54 to 65 inches in length. A power transferring absorbs the force while also preventing the base from slipping about. This punching bag is also less expensive than its competitors.

Easy set up. Bought five sand bags and would recommend sand vs water. My brother is pretty tall, so it helps that we were able to adjust the height. The stand doesn't take too much room and my brother was able to set it up in the corner of his room.
