The 18-inch diameter is impressive. This bag has the greatest punching and kicking surface of any other bag on the market. It’s also close to ideal for punching, MMA, and Muay Thai.

It is sturdy. I’m a big guy. I hit around 800 pounds of force regularly. The bag holds up. I put 200 pounds of sand in and yes it moves, but all bags move. I’ll be putting another 100 in the bag when I get my full strength and speed back. So if you are reading this go for it. It will hold up.
