Despite its small size, the first aid kit has items that bigger kits do not, such as a tourniquet, a CPR respirator, and an emergency blanket. It also includes basic necessities like as bandages, gauze pads, and pre-cut moleskin padding.

I bought it because I go exploring a lot and needed something that was well stocked and easy to pack. It takes up a small amount of room in a backpack, and is lightweight. I use the hook and attach it to the outside of the backpack to save space. well worth the money. bigger than pictured.
