I don't write a lot of reviews, but feel compelled with this purchase. I have now burned several fires in the Solo Fire pit and am very impressed. What you get is a hot virtually smokeless campfire. The first time we used it was on a cold (45°) night with high winds. Prefect scenario for smoke. Little if any smoke and after about 4 hours of burning wood, we didn't smell like the fire pit. Burnt down to total ash and clean up was a breeze! I highly recommend.

After having way too many wood fires where you end up smelling like a fireplace on your clothes and in your hair, I bought this firebowl. Wish I would of done it years ago. It was also a smash will all of my neighbors now everyone wants to come over for cocktails every Friday and Saturday night! The tube for the tank is long enough to hide you propane tank too. Best feature we like it that there is a shield on the bottom so we can run it on our wood deck with no worries. Super light and can be transported anywhere. DO NOT BUY the Heininger 5996 Firebowl Cover. It is too small and wont work. I am using my old wood firebowl screen cover and the vinyl cover that comes with the bowl and it works perfect to cover it. To save gas, only turn on halfway. You will save a lot of fuel. Enjoy!

Also has great sturdy metal ring that the propane tank sits on, making it secure. Came with lava rocks; we didn't have to use all of them. The wicker look sides matches 2 chairs and a table that I already had, so it's now a 2nd unified guest space for our deck parties. Not heavy, so 2 can easily move it around if needed. My whole family loves it. Nice ambience!

It is light but extremely sturdy -- not sure how they did that, but it perfectly balances those two. Elegant design, yet rigid. Great with youngsters and adults, family gatherings. For a small garden, this portable Char-Broil Fire Bowl is great. It’s particularly useful for camping vacations when there aren’t any BBQ facilities. The heat-resistant fire bowl is made of durable matte porcelain enamel, despite its lightweight. The stand is composed of steel that has been powder-coated black. It has foldable legs, and the pit fits inside the carry bag. It comes with a cooking grate and a fire poker, so it can also be used as a grill. The pit also comes with a screen and a screen lifting tool to keep you safe from stray embers while lifting the lid.

bought this to carry with me in my A-frame camper and use while camping in places where they either had no fire grills, or else the grill was in an inconvenient place for my campsite. Have used it 3 times so far, and it's great for having a campfire where you want it. It's plenty big enough to hold a fire log or your own wood - probably no more than about 20" long pieces of wood, but it holds enough to have a nice campfire where you want it. It's not super heavy-duty, but heavy enough to last if you take care of it. Great that it's 'portable'; legs fold easily and the carrying bag is nice (and heavy-duty) for stowing when not in use.

This was far nicer than anything we saw at local stores. It looks really classy-- everyone says our fire pit area looks like it came out of a magazine. There was some assembly required, and i believe my husband spray painted it black. All we did then was dig a relatively shallow hole, put some sand in it, put this ring directly on the ground around it the hole, then put a ring of small river stones around it. It's a good size, not too small, and the fire looks great coming through the pine cone cutouts.

Ok so this firepit is legit the best one I’ve come across through all the sites wayfair and overstock included!!! For the price it is so amazing great heat easy to set up and comes with EVERYTHING. The wind guard the fire glass as opposed to rocks and the cover. From the pictures I was skeptical because it came across “cheap” but when it arrived and now set up it is so nice sturdy and an absolute BEAUT!!! I recommend this firepit!
