When seated upright, the Freedom Chair provides medium to medium-strong support. The backrest is also height-adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the amount of support you get. There is also a pivoting feature in addition to the height adjustment. The lumbar remains with you as you move on the chair, providing consistent lower support. You may feel that the Freedom was most enjoyable at the mid-recline position. Throughout the whole recline, the lower support was medium to medium-strong.

I was having trouble with my back......at work. A friend of mine told me about this chair. Said I would love it and he was correct. Easy assembly, great quality...

The Eurotech Seating Vera Office Chair allows you to scoot back into the chair and have the backrest’s natural curve push against your lower back. The support is stretched out throughout the bottom part of your back thanks to the mesh design. The Vera features medium to medium-strong lower support while erect. When pushed slightly forward for tasking, the Vera provides good lower back support due to the upright form of the backrest.

This chair is awesome for the price. My lower back pain is gone since switching from a cheaper chair.

This Novelland chair is very good for the back when it comes to adjustability. While most office chairs simply enable you to change the height, this one also allows you to adjust the lumbar cushion in the lower back, as well as the armrests and headrest, to provide total support and range of motion for your body. Not to mention that the backrest can be tilted 130 degrees for a more lounging posture.

This chair offered exactly what I was looking for and is as displayed! It offers GREAT support and is adjustable everywhere you need it to adjust. I work from home sitting at my desk during the working ours and have had no aches or pains!

I received this two weeks ago and I cannot express the difference it's made in my day-to-day sitting posture. I'm not nearly as worried about my back muscle curling inward as I was with my previous, non-ergonomic chair.

I bought a back cushion, extended table rests for my elbows to no avail. The seat didnt slide back so my back never hit the back of the chair because my bum. The arm rests didnt adjust verticially or horzontially.
