Like the product description mentioned, it did arrive flat. I was a little put off how thin it was compared to a much heavier one I have in another room. But after having it for a couple weeks now I must say this chair matt is very strong. I weigh 240 lbs. plus I have a fairly heavy chair and this matt, on my medium pile carpet, takes it all in stride. No cracks or indentations at all and my chairs rolls super smoothly on it. I'm very impressed. I would definitely purchase this again.
