So far this is the best Hemp strain for sleep that i have tried. Relaxes and makes sleepy. Usually a smooth smoke but occasionally hit some harsh sections. Typically harshness in **** or hemp is caused by the plant uptaking fertilizers and such which goes into the flower. Normally supposed to flush them with pure water for four to six weeks before harvest (no fertilizer, pesticide etc. during that period)- which creates a smooth smoke. Since industrial hemp is grown en masse, usually outdoors, I guess its hit or miss in terms of getting some harsh smoke.
