All the mounts come with adhesive pads, steel mounting plates, and a piece of film to protect them. The instructions are very simple. The small size of the base and its compact shape need extra attention when it is installed. Some of them may have had a problem with adhesion because they were getting old. It was solved with the second piece of foam that was very sticky. The black anodized machined aluminum alloy mount and magnet housing could be moved in any direction. The Coolpow mounts were made of high-quality alloy, and the steel ball joint made it easy to move while driving. It was thanks to strong magnets and a soft silicone surface that the heaviest and biggest phones didn’t slide across rough ground. The Coolpow is a good choice because it has a low profile and is made of all metal. It needs a smooth, flat surface to be mounted on.
