Hershey’s is a household name when it comes to cocoa. As indicated on the package, it is unsweetened and non-alkalized and may be used in hot chocolate or baked products. This cocoa has a high concentration of flavanols, which are anti-oxidants, due to the fact that it is unprocessed. The taste is great, however, some consumers find it to be too powerful. Still, Hershey’s is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a low-cost cocoa brand.

I highly recommend making the chocolate cake and the chocolate icing on the back of the carton. It is much more moist and much more delicious than any boxed chocolate cake mix I have ever had. Trust me

This chocolate is kosher and gluten-free, which is an added bonus.

Every time I make hot chocolate for guests, they rave about the taste. Schaffen Berger cocoa is not bitter, and it dissolves easily in hot milk or water. I also use if to bake brownies. Since I started using this brand a couple of years ago, I realized that I had found a cocoa I'd use from then on.

Very nice to have a selection so you can try the different roasts of the Crio Bru. Light roast doesn't have much flavor but I will give it another try when I get a French press. I have only brewed it in a coffee maker so far. I really like the medium and dark roasts. Would love for the company to have a sample size box of the flavored selections too.
