VERY VERY VERY Quite!!! I love it, Note: I have read other places where it needs to bead down the air PSI to 0 if not using it. But it pumps up quietly. It don't have the volume to run a High speed drill or impact gun. Very good for small paint jobs and Blowing up tires and stuff.

This is the perfect compressor for my needs. I paint guitars, inflate tires, and clean my other woodcutting tools with it. Extremely quiet. It has a small tank, so it does start up fairly often in use; if you're looking for a heavy duty machine, this is not the one for you. If you need a small compressor to do small jobs, this is a great one.

At first look, this Rolair VT25BIG seems to have a low CFM rating, but that is quickly forgotten when you discover it is certified for 100% duty cycles! So you don’t have to perform the typical multiply-by-four technique to see whether your guns will work with this compressor. You’re fine to go as long as they’re less than 6 CFM! We recommend it to DIYers and professionals alike, as well as anybody looking for excellent value in a compact format.

Definitely worth the money. I bought it to operate an air assisted airless paint sprayer out on jobs. Keeps up no problem at all.
