The tub is easy to open and quite spacious, thus you do not need to have unnecessary commotion when performing refill thing. Made of durable BPA and Chlorine-free, shatter-resistant plastic.

Was impressed with the quality of this. The lid is metal. It is loose ie just sits on top of the base rather than has a stopper to hold it in tightly but that is fine for me. The blue is quite dark as a previous reviewer mentioned but I have it on my bathroom windowsill so the light shines through and it is quite obvious it is blue.
