I am in LOVE ❤️ with this mat. I practice Bikram Hot Yoga. I am 5'6 but a am generally annoyed with my feet having to touch the studio floor while in certain postures. Initially when I rolled out this may in my home I felt a bit apprehensive about taking it to the studio...thinking about what others may think...then I said to heck with it...I'm going for my own little comfy Yoga mat island. It is large and roomy. I can stretch out on this with no worry for touching the ground. Additionally I bought an extra long towel. I wish the company actually made a towel for the mat...I would be In Double heaven.
