I was searching for a yoga block to use at home, but did not want to buy one of those standard foam blocks, as I find their texture unpleasant. I was happy to find this beautiful fabric block/bolster that is much more comfortable for me to grip. It is very cushiony but also firm and supportive, and really makes a lot of poses much more comfortable to hold.

I am meditating more these days and I have never had a cushion just for that purpose. I have made due with various pillows and yoga bolsters, etc. I have crummy knees and feet and this cushion allows me to have elevation to arrange myself comfortably. The cushion is not very large and is easy to stow away.

It is sturdy and very firm, which I like. I easily lose awareness of my physical issues and just meditate!

Love this bolster! It's super soft and comfortable, and I really love the neutral pink color. Looks nice in my home while still being a little feminine. The pictures don't do it justice. It's lightweight and portable, and the handles at the ends make it easy to take anywhere. It even came with a nice storage bag, so if I need to take it anywhere, it will be protected. I have purchased other products from this company before, and I haven't been disappointed yet.
