Simple but it works like a wonder. That’s a brief way of introducing this product. Epicurean Kitchen Series Cutting Board comes in natural color, made from Richlite paper composite material. With the thin profile, this cutting board is very light, can be used on both sides, and has a thumb hole to hang after use. On top of that, it is dishwasher safe. What’s not to like?

We own two large Epicurean cutting boards and the pizza/bread peel, and they've held up beautifully for years. We purchased two small ones recently to keep on hand for small jobs at the bar and during snack time. This is a great brand - won't hurt your knives, dishwasher safe, age beautifully. They are kitchen workhorses and a must for regular home cooks. I highly recommend buying in pairs.

Great cutting board. I forgot to tell my husband that it was magnetized. He was pleasantly surprised to find this out when he went to remove something metal from it. Needless to say he enjoys it even more now knowing its not going to get bumped off the front of the grill. Great product, would recommend.

Husband is a professional chef so I was very nervous about buying him a new cutting board. He's picky, but he absolutely loves this. It is very sturdy and gorgeous! Make sure you keep it cleaned and oiled and it will last years! Currently searching for a way to display it when not in use.

Maple wood is the main material, which means you will have a workhorse in your kitchen. The 2.25 thickness will handle all manners of chopping, cleaving, cutting, and slicing. The side grip makes it easy for you to move it from the kitchen to the dining table.

Been using this for a couple years now. Have butchered meat on it, and cut all sundry sorts of foods. I clean it with a mild bleach solution then oil with block oil. It took a lot of wet sanding to get the perfect grain, though, but after that, it's a perfect board. Nice and heavy, so it doesn't move around on you, and I love the thickness, which serves to raise the height of the countertops for me.
