Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Here are the most commonly ask questions!
What things need to put into consideration before make a purchase of mouse for gaming?
1. First of all, you need to know, whether you want to get the best control over your movements or not. For the best control, you can choose the cable mouse. But if you want to hassle-free from tangled cable, you can go with the wireless one.
2. The second to put into consideration is you want it to be right or left in control.
3. The third about DPI. The higher the DPI number, the better movement you will get. But in one notice, for the greater number, the sensitivity will go up. If you are still not used to it, you will have difficulty controlling its movements.
4. Optic or Laser mouse
5. RGB light. This only for decoration purposes.
Is CPI and DPI the same thing?
Well, this has been causing major confusion for most people. In summary, CPI talks about the sensitivity of the mouse. While DPI talks about the density in the printing world. Both are different but amongst the consumers, DPI is more well known to describe the sensitivity of the mouse. So, some refer them to the same.
Do wireless mice have lag?
Yes. Simply put, it can go through lag for about 8-16 ms of lag. It doesn't apply for wireless-only, but also for wired mice.
Is a higher DPI mouse better for gaming?
It depends on the game you are playing and how good you can manage your mouse. The higher the DPI, the higher its sensitivity, it can be a bit problematic if you want to play games that need to aim perfectly. But if you want to play games that required smooth movements, you can choose a higher DPI mouse.

Basilisk Ultimate mouse is 3 times faster than other mouse versions from Razer. The mouse switches use light beam-based actuation, registering button presses at the speed of light. You can personalize the lighting and RGB with its 16.8 million color combinations. The 11 Programmable Buttons are meant for your greater command during your gaming routine.

This is a Bluetooth-compatible Logitech LIGHTSPEED wireless gaming mouse. The 15 programmable buttons offer vast customization options, and end-to-end wireless technology provides low latency and reliability. Support your high-intensity clicking and gaming motions with its hero 25K sensor system. Works both for Windows and Mac PC.
I'm loving this wireless mouse. Its super comfy, I love the thumb rest, and the tremendous amount of buttons to configure on the side (6). It's a must for anyone playing MOBAs or any other game that requires lots of buttons. Using Logitech's Ghub software you can customize each button to your bidding, create macros and profiles per game. Customize your DPI's (this mouse supports up to 16k DPI!). I also love you can use and switch on the fly between the included Lightspeed connection (using the provided usb dongle, by the way its stored next to the battery compartment when not in use, great way to have it stored and not losing it) or Bluetooth, thus being able to control two devices with one mouse (I use the dongle when I play on my desktop and bluetooth when I want to use it on my laptop). I did not notice any lag at all. They also include one AA battery and I like the idea of a removable battery. It adds nice weight to the mouse and when it dies (they claim they last long), you can just replace it with a fresh one, easy as opening the flap!

Fast charging and decent life span of the battery. The Rival 650 Wireless gaming mouse features Quantum Wireless lag-free performance paired with TrueMove3+ the sensory system. High durability mouse with 60 million clicks at most. This also personalizes with 256 centers of gravity weight tuning configurations. The RGB light is pretty to complement your gaming experience beautifully.
So I've used a Logitech mouse for a number of years and decided to step up my gaming set up and spare no expense. I decided to opt for the Steelseries Rival 650. It doesn't disappoint. It comes with weights to weigh down the mouse which is a nice touch. The software is programmable for the mouse for a variety of different customization features which is great. It comes with a 2 DPI adjustable setting which I have found is far superior than the 5+ button settings because I can go back and forth between my normal desktop use and playing Overwatch where I can have a lower DPI setting if I'm sniping. I think it's worth the price tag and it has a nice touch when it comes to the mouse buttons. I programmed the third button on the thumb side to change my music playback which is great. I'd recommend anyone looking for a gorgeous mouse, flexible and versatile in it's use. Make sure to download the Steelseries Engine to change the settings of the mouse. I have the Steelseries Apex 7 TKL edition so paired together makes it a complete set up.

If you want to put rest your thumb all the time and giving it the best comfort during gaming time, this comes with a unique thumb wheel for horizontal navigation and advanced gestures. Has high sensitivity of sensory, you can put it on top of the glass or high-gloss surface without pain. For single charging, the battery longevity is about 40 hours.
Was wondering what the hype around this mouse was and I have to say, it's definitely what they make it out to be. I've used this mouse on both my Macbook and my desktop and it's absolutely amazing. All I have to do is toggle the profile and I can use the same mouse with the same settings on all my devices wirelessly. The battery life is great and the mouse is very ergonomic. The texture is nice and the gesture pad for the thumb is amazing. Absolutely a must for anyone with a Macbook. It's a great alternative to any of Apple's mice. You can bind all the trackpad gestures so you don't have to sacrifice those very useful features. The side scroll wheel seemed like a gimmick to me at first, but I rebinded it to zoom and it's absolutely brilliant. You can rebind basically every key on this mouse which is great. Scroll wheel is very high quality and also functions as a fidget spinner. It only goes up to the equivalent of 1600 DPI or so.

Featuring three modes of connection, and they are hyper fast, sub-1ms slipstream corsair wireless technology, low latency Bluetooth, or USB wired for better performance and support your gaming experience longer. This tailored for palm grips and larger hands. As for the tracking and accuracy, the mouse installed with DPI 18,000. This can manage 50 million clicks.
First off really pay attention to reviews cause Amazon has product reviews all mixed together for some reason. This mouse feels amazing in the hand for someone with big hands this is it, it feels better in the hand to me then the Deathadder Elite. I myself am coming from the m65 elite that i took back to get this mouse instead and im happy i did, although the materials are all plastic unlike the m65 elite it still feels amazingly solid and the buttons feel better made with no rattle. Other then that this will be my go to mouse and i kinda hope they make this wireless or into some sort of elite model in the next go at this model mouse. I also want to say that Amazon packed this into a bubble mailer and it held up even though the box had damage but i cant dock Corsair for Amazons negligence when they ship electronic items etc. Ps the grip in the sides is AMAZING.

The battery life can last up to 250 hours. Featuring Delta Zero sensor for high accuracy purposes. And if you have trouble with the lag, this has a small number of lag times. You can manage to do clicking adequately 20 million. This is for the right-hand users. Oh not to forget, the pad is marvelous for your hand. It won't weary your hand for long hours of gaming.
I've owned this mouse for over three years and have never been gentle with it. It's gone overseas stuffed in a backpack, been used as a makeshift pillow (on those late night gaming sessions where the body quits before the will...), been stepped on, dropped, left in the sun, left in the cold, and has even had an accidental steam spa session in a hotel bathroom. Now it spends its days shoved in a backpack to and from my university.

Another mouse for gaming from Razer, the best seller of gaming peripherals in the US. This one is more for you who dislike heavyweight mice. It is only 74g for nice gripping and handling. The DPI optical sensor is 20K, perfect for a die-hard fan of games or for the professional users. It is also created for left and right-handed users with accessible, programmable buttons on both sides. Such a thoughtful mouse.
I play shooters, atm Valorant, CSGO, Destiny 2, Apex Legends (not so much after the wraith nerfs), and a little Overwatch here and there. I come from using a g305 and I love that thing. I bought this and was hitting shots I couldn't hit before. It was hard to get used to the grip at first but now I love it. So much so that I bought a Viper Ultimate and I can safely say I like the mini a lot better. My hands are medium sized- 19cm X 9cm and I switch between claw and fingertip. It is super light and the weight distribution is nice. M1,2,3,4 are really good, no play or issues. The cable is very light and flexible and I use it with a Razer bungie v2 and I honestly forget it's wired sometimes. The skates are some of the best stock I have seen. The sensor is super accurate and the resolution error has to be one of the best (I would have to look it up). Do not let the Razer branding or 40$ price fool you, this thing is top notch. Now i wish I could sell my week old 150$ Ultimate because it doesn't beat its 40$ little brother. Trust me, if you are looking for one of the top 3 mice out there. This is one of them.

Initial impression is quite positive. I’m coming from a Logitech G 903. This mouse, the basilisk ultimate, is a satisfying weight. Lighter than Logitech offerings. Performance is great, smooth and reliable. Love the paddle. Very comfy mouse to use. An upgrade in every way over the G903.

Engineered with Beken RF IC chip for a wonderful and joyful gaming experience. Fast response, stable refresh rate, smooth tracking, and precise movement. One of the connections is using Bluetooth that can connect up to three devices once. This also featuring intelligent energy saving, it only lights up when you press or do the movements.
I like this mouse. This is what I need for my penta kills. The appear of this mouse completed one of my dream. Now I don’t have to worries and be stuck because of the stupid mouse.

Nice RGB for dashing and delivering aesthetically beauty for your gaming experience. This M801 mouse form Redragon featuring ultra-fast lag-free that comes with 2 options connections. Wired and wireless technology. The battery can last up to 70 hours. The DPI is adjustable up to 16,000 and supported with High-Precision Sensor for better aiming when you do your combat time. Compatible for both Windows and Mac.
I had never left a comment in my life before, but this mouse really deserve it. Very cheap, high quality! I had a msi interceptor ds200 and it feel the same quality but cheaper and wireless. No input lag and very precise. There is some review that say the battery doesn't last long, I don't know if they change it, but I played for 8 hours and I am at 80%. And for those who have a problem with the software, its not the m801, you need the m801p and try to run as administrator. One more thing, this is the most confortable shape you will try, every finger have a place to rest.
