Definitely worth the money.

No fuss, No muss, packaging gets my approval every time. The Max-Stream was super easy to set up using the WPS button on my Linksys router and on the extender as well and I was up and running. The included directions are also a nice touch. These days your most likely going to get a card insert with a URL address for the directions, not this extender. Another plus the extender does NOT block the top plug leaving it free for use. I am getting 5 bars upstairs on the 2.4 ghz and the 5 ghz channel. This is a great extender and it pairs nicely with Linksys routers.

Solved the universal "router is in the basement as far as it could be" problem in a new build. Set up the Rock Space 1200 on the first floor, just above the router; wifi on the main floor stabilized to 3X speed and stayed consistent. This is a great solution, and by far beats my provider's suggestion to rent from them. Payback was 3 months!

I bought this wifi extender with low expectations. I have a 3200 square foot house and thought I may need one for each floor. However, I am super happy I decided to try one at a time. Despite what I have read on some reviews, setting this thing up was a breeze and took maybe 10 minutes....max. I set it up for both bands. Then, I plugged it in on the same floor as my router and the range covers my entire house. No more dead spots and the speeds are much faster too. I couldn't be happier. As an added benefit, my wifi now extends far into my yard as well. Very happy.

This is the best range extender so far. I wasn't sure about it, but it was recommended by the xFinity technician and I just decided to give it a try. It works great! I bought it primarily for my smart TV. There was no way for me to connect TV directly to my router because it is more necessary to have direct connection to my computer, so I obviously was in need to range extender for my TV. Netgear range extender is THE answer! I had another one before (securify almond) and it didn't work good - slow connectivity, sometimes it would not connect at all or it would drop the connection in the middle. It was frustrating to say the least. I don't watch TV often, but when I watch it I want it to work (obviously!) Now it works with this small thing Perfectly, so I am very very pleased with this purchase.

I'm not NOT tech-savvy, but always seem to have a nightmare of a time when setting up our wifi or changing out routers. So, I was kind of dreading this after reading some of the reviews for the 2018 version of this product. To my delight, the setup could not have been easier! It took all of 5 minutes and we were up and running with our extended network. We did some remodeling last year and added a LOT of natural stone, granite, tile, walls, etc. where there previously had been carpeting and an open room. These materials drained the wifi connection we get in the new areas, and the wifi range extender has brought that back to life. We're excited to see if this helps to extend our signal onto the front and back porch, too!

Easy to setup and works great! Have a total of 2 WiFi extender in my home and they really do work! Setup up time is 5 minutes and your good to go.
