This chair’s steel frame offers durability and stability, allowing it to last for a long time. This makes it a little heavier than some of the other chairs, but at 26 lbs total weight, it is still workable for most individuals. To make getting in and out of it safer, the leg supports swing away and are detachable. Armrests that are cushioned and a seat belt that is supplied complete out the amenities. This wheelchair is a wonderful option for folks who require a chair for occasional local travel that is not just affordable but also well-made.

Perfect for short trips, i.e. cruises, sightseeing. Perfect for what we needed. Very nicely constructed. Good buy for the money.

We truly appreciate this Medline transfer chair for the elderly who don’t push themselves in their wheelchairs and have carers. It is also an excellent alternative for someone who needs a comfortable lightweight wheelchair for tiny entrances. Given the loop-lock handbrakes and linked seat belts, safety is also a key consideration. The bigger rear wheels provide a smoother ride over obstacles or rougher ground. You may also change the position of the footrest.

We love it. So lightweight its easy to put in the trunk of car (I'm a 70 year old woman). Opens and closes in a second and comfortably supports my 215 lb husband.

Pride has been producing the portable Go Chair electric wheelchair for many years, and it has a proven track record of dependability and durability. The seat and armrests are quite comfy for extended days on the road. However, the speed is slower than that of some other portable power chairs at 3.7 mph (walking speed is 3 mph, by the way), and the range is also a little shorter – 8.7 miles between charges. If you want to use it inside your house as well, it should fit through most doors with ease.

My dad is thrilled with the idea that I can know take him out with an electric chair and he can move around on his own!
