The Vitamix is a blender for those looking for a high-quality blender with incredible speed control and a pulse function that allows you to tweak the texture of any dish. It may be used to combine, grind, chop, emulsify, and even heat food. With a motor base that automatically adapts the blending times for the container size you choose, the Vitamix is also very configurable. Furthermore, every aspect of the unique container is intended to fold components back to the blades, reducing the time spent manually pushing unblended ingredients back into the mix.

I bought this mainly to blend spices and dosa. It makes great dosa batter. It can also make rice flour according to their manual, but I haven't tried. I do blend roasted spices and make cinnamon powder. I wish the base was a bit narrow to make it easier to blend spices or to do chutney. Regardless, I'm happy with my purchase! No regrets!

Compact design, multi-purpose blade that helps you accomplish a lot with a little, and dishwasher-safe bowl, blade, and attachments add to the convenience.

Comes with two different blades. Good size as it is not too big and not too small. Used it in preparing Christmas time food and desserts. Worked great for us. Glad we bought it.
