For the most part, the Oculus Quest 2 is the greatest VR headset. Qualcomm’s modern Snapdragon XR2 (Snapdragon 865) SoC proved to be a powerful chip, capable of delivering a wonderful VR experience without the need for a powerful laptop or even a smartphone. Oculus increased the resolution of the Quest 2 to 1832 x 1920 per eye. There’s also a unified panel here, rather than one for each eye, as well as the capacity to hit a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz.

I love the supernatural workout. It is fun, you get your heart rate up and the muscles get a workout. Really the best fitness ever!

If you want the best image clarity, the HP Reverb G2 is the ultimate VR headset. It boasts excellent image quality, with a per-eye resolution of 2,160×2,160 pixels, allowing you to enjoy everything from games to text. Not only that, but the lightweight, comfortable headset sports amazing drop-down speakers developed by Valve, and its 114-degree field of view is the greatest in this price range. After all, what’s not to like?

Best VR headset on the market. Resolution and refresh rate is very good.

I got this VR headset 2 months ago. I also put a vive facial tracker on it too. It has worked great since i received it. The setup went by great and the eye tracking works great on it. I installed the vive software and i was on my way.

The pressure-sensitive “knuckle” controllers from Valve can track all five fingers, making them almost like gloves. The HTC Vive, which is likewise based on the Steam VR platform, is mix-and-match compatible with Valve’s devices. The Index headset boasts great audio and a super-clear, wide-field-of-view display. Because the Index relies on external “lighthouse” boxes, you must first set them up in a room.
