We wanted to emphasize some of the advantages of buying a tenor ukulele over a smaller concert or soprano model. Well, The Cordoba 15TM is the entry-level tenor model from the well-known ukulele company, and it has superb build quality and a tone that is much beyond what you’d expect at this price range.

I got this ukulele as a birthday gift for my lady. She absolutely loves it. It sounds as beautiful as it looks - the Concert is a good choice; nice and full and not overly bright. The craftsmanship looks perfect, with mahogany all around, abalone rosette, and pearl tuner buttons. This is a fantastic instrument and a great price.

While it’s easy to equate ‘beginning’ with ‘cheap,’ this isn’t always the case. Not everyone who plays the ukulele is a kid, and grownups, after all, occasionally desire pleasant things, right? The Fender Fullerton Stratocaster ukulele is a very stunning instrument that makes you grin. It draws its cues from Fender’s most renowned guitar series and translates them into an appealing, concert-voiced ukulele with style.

I am so satisfied with this ukulele... tuned up fairly easy out of the box and actually stayed in tune for the most part after playing it continuously.

The baritone ukuleles, being the biggest of the ukulele family, have a deeper, richer timbre and are therefore well-suited to performing in a ukulele band with others. The enhanced low-end complement the higher-pitched soprano models in this setting, creating a lovely balance.

Next up is this Orangewood Harper Concert Acacia which is a wonderful step up. The major reason for this is because it just looks nicer, due to the figured wood grain and ivory-colored binding around the fingerboard and body. It has a softer tone and is probably better for supporting vocals, however, it won’t cut through as effectively in ukulele jams. A well-padded case, a strap, an electronic tuner, and a few plastic picks are included in the bundle.

Bought a concert Ukulele from Orangewood -- wonderful sound and easy to play. Love the tuner that was included. Thank you for a fun project -- learning to play the ukulele.

Although some adults may find it uncomfortably small, making it is a fantastic choice for kids or adults who like soprano ukes for their lilting, high-pitched sound or portability. Its laser-etched soundhole rosette and triangle-shaped fingerboard inlays give it a cooler, more contemporary design, and it has a powerful, clear sound that truly cuts through when you’re playing along with other instruments.

This uke is amazing! It sounds great, i tune it every time I pick it up to play and ut usually isnt very far off, but i know that is common with new strings for a while. Strings are NOT steel, I believe they are nylon so are not too hard on your fingers. I love it, it's my first one so I am a beginner who is learning quickly and very much enjoying this product along with all its accessories.

The Orangewood Harper Concert Acacia is an excellent option for people looking for something a little more upscale than the Alvarez RU22C at a reasonable price. The two ukes are functionally comparable, but the Harper Concert Acacia has a far prettier appearance. Its body is built of richly detailed, highly polished woodgrain, with ivory-colored binding on the body and fingerboard. 

Entry level instrument for our daughter. Easy to play and learn how to play on. Great tone with a strong sound. Nice length feels good in the hand. good set of tuners.

Ortega is serious about having a great time. The cute RU5CE was made with a lot of thought, and it shows. Many of the ukuleles in this list are made entirely of mahogany, which is a solid option, but it’s nice to see the traditional pairing of a bright spruce top and warm Sapele back and sides again. Small details, such as the sealed machine heads, built-in tuner, and softly applied finish that allows the natural wood grain to show through, show that Ortega cares.

Very nice tenor ukulele. Quality electronics. Tuners are excellent. Minor negative is that the fret ends are sharp but a little sanding will fix that. Comes with hi g 4th string, suggest going to lo. Recommend. No gig bag, needs one. Great sound plugged in! Laminate top, but that is OK.

Fender offers a variety of ukuleles, but its versions that look like its famous Strat, Jazzmaster, and Tele guitars are among the most well-known. You’ll appreciate Zuma’s classic design, which has a Sapele body and an abalone rosette. It can do humor too, just take a look at the Tele style headstock complete with inline tuners, or the tongue-in-cheek versions in vintage Fender colors Lake Placid Blue and Burgundy Mist.

I’m so in love with this Ukulele!! First off, from the outside, it’s beautiful. I’ve gotten many compliments already about it. Second, it has amazing tone, and that has also gotten compliments! Worth every penny.

For around $100, you get a mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, and Graph Tech nut. It sounds quite clear and straight, with strong projection, as you’d expect given the structure.

Easy to play, sounds good, holds tuning well. For the price it’s a good deal.
