As the heater is traditional steam, which means it allows you to sprinkle water over the hot sauna stones to make a burst of steam that will envelop the sauna room.

This sauna is great! We had someone put it together and he said the directions were pretty easy to follow.

Very nice sauna! Just big enough for two medium sized adults without feeling cramped. No longer a need for the public gym sauna...heats up within 10-15 minutes and after 30minutes in the 140deg I'm totally soaked. I did however have to add weather stripping around the glass door for a tight door seal. I also added my own colored LED light strip around the door for ambiance...kids & wife really dig it!

Those heater panels work to provide excellent heat to help to relax your body and mind while doing sauna.

If you have Fibro or any chronic pain, you need to get this!! I should have gotten a 3 person to lay down in but I make this work!!! One of my best investments I have done for my health! It doesn’t take up a lot of room! Easy to assemble!
