I'm really enjoying my new toaster.. perfect toast every time and love the bagel and defrost features. I'll agree that the levers are a little lightweight and take some getting used to as I used to have to really press down on my old toaster so I'm still getting used to using a gentle touch on this one. Overall, love the look on my counter... it's clean and sleek and could not be happier! Oh and it's nice actually being able to have 4 slots! Mom can actually have toast WITH the family instead of making toast for everyone and having to finally sit down when everyone is done lol all in all, very happy with this little gem.

I absolutely love this toaster! I bought this to replace the one I got when I got my very first apartment about 11 years ago. This toaster is a whole new world! I’ve been able to use the frozen button to thaw some bagels I got from NY and it thaws and toasts them perfectly. I love how easy it is to clean, and it looks great on the counter, highly recommend.
