You have to follow the directions to the letter. Press the long strip onto your top teeth and the short one on the bottom, then wait an hour. (You will spit out excess saliva that forms naturally). It's a long time..an hour.. but worth it. I didn't take before photos but can REALLY see a difference after 4 sessions. Lots of coffee stains came right off.
