This ladder is noteworthy in that it is extremely portable, being only 4-feet tall when fully closed. If you don’t have a lot of space to store the tool, this is useful. Furthermore, the ladder is flexible, allowing you to use it as a single ladder, double-side ladder, stair ladder, and other types of ladders that are perfect for hedge cutting.

I am an engineer and often go to job sites to do structural surveys. This ladder is perfect for me as it is lightweight and can fit into the trunk my car...

You should purchase a little ladder if you want to change your light bulb and cut some of the low-hanging plants. The Louisville Ladder FT1504 is a decent compact ladder for cutting hedges. This instrument is also lightweight, weighing around 15 pounds. Despite its small weight, the ladder has a 300-pound weight capability. It also includes a tool tray on top of that (no pun intended). The steps are very wide, which is ideal if you plan to work for several hours, and each step has heavy-duty supports.

The ladder is light enough for a small adult to carry around. It is also stable and has steps that are 3 in. deep so my feet are supported better than our aluminium four legged ladder of similar size. Very satisfied.

This may seem like a minor addition to a ladder, but it can make all the difference to a gardener who has too many tools to manage without resorting to a utility belt or coveralls with endless pockets or making multiple walks up and down the ladder to swap out their gear. The wide stairs are a big benefit, with serrated surfaces that provide better grip and friction and make it simpler to plant our feet as we go about our job, with our toolbox or gear safely within reach on the top rung/tray. The top-quality steel construction makes this a solid and long-lasting appliance that folds up for easy storage when not in use.

..It is well made, super sturdy when we were on it, with large heavy duty steps, and had extras like a foam grip on the top rail and a hand hold cut out on the edge of one step for carrying it when it is folded. It folded super fast and easy and it was relatively light for such a sturdy ladder...

Additionally, a safety lock and non-skid foot cushions are included, which are excellent safety features to have when cutting hedges.

Not only is this ladder beautiful, it's PERFECT for spaces where you cant hang a step ladder. I LOVE that it is free-standing when folded up! Well made product highly reccomend
