What’s great about a classic closed foam sleeping pad is that you don’t have to bother blowing it up and inflating the pad. Besides that, you can get it at a super pocket-friendly price. Therm-a-Rest RidgeRest has all of these points and will be the perfect complement to your hammock. It traps heat so you can stay warm all night.

This has become one of my favorite additions to my hammock. I took it on summer backpacking trip to the San Juan national forrest, where Temps fell into the 40's over night. I found it provided some addition warmth and the weight was nothing added to my pack. It is priced right.

This sleeping pad rocks! It fits right into my hammock and makes me sleep like a baby. To inflate it takes about 10 breathes, very easy. It doesn't loose air overnight and it packs up small just like my hammock. I look forward to using this on all my adventures.

Still from the Klymit Static series, this Static V2 sleeping pad is almost the same as the previous product. The main difference lies in its weight which is almost half lighter, which is 16.33 oz. So, if you intend to shave weight, this one may live up to your expectations. Also, with an R-value of 1.3, you will need additional heating if you plan to camp in cold weather.

... A friend of mine had one of these and said he really enjoyed it, so I purchased one. It works really well, and you can fine tune it by adding or releasing air until you get it just right. Being a side sleeper, this sleeping pad fits the bill.

I was excited that H&B finally launched some new products and had to give this a try. I took it out on an overnight in the woods by my house and it did not disappoint. Feels durable, super cushy, comfy to lay on and I love that button you press to tune the air pressure. Smart too, having a dump valve at the top. Makes rolling it up way easier. And I don't think I've ever seen a pad that came with it's own attached bungee. Pretty cool! ...

The pad comes a bit more pricey than the rest, but in exchange, you get excellent support as well as durability. The coolest feature is its antimicrobial materials which will not allow delamination and internal bacterial growth. Plus, an R-value of 3.7 ensures that no cold will touch you.

It survived a whole Appalachian Thru Hike, that is over 6 months of use every single day on harsh surfaces. The insulation was great, went as low as single digits with nothing but tyvek at the bottom of them inside a tent.
