I make my own "keto" chocolate with these babies. I buy Sam's Club 90% and add 12-15 drops of Stevia. I put a little pink chunky salt in the molds first, then pour microwave-melted chocolate on top. Freeze for half hour, pops out easily. Store in fridge. Love these molds!

Made infused chocolate truffles. I was given a box of truffles as a gift & left in hot car all day by mistake. They melted. I froze them & later te-melted in double boiler. After infusion I poured into this wonderful silicon mold. The can’t came out perfect. Next up gummy bears. .
