I only have one run in these shorts so far, but I was really happy with them. The material is a bit thicker than most short tights that I've found in retail stores, which was what I was looking for. They're a little longer too, which I also wanted. I love having the pockets too so that I don't need to bring my running belt on every run, or carry my phone in my hand. The compression felt great on the run. Sizing wise they're maybe a little smaller than I've found in the C9 full length tights that I own. These will be my go-to shorts for running now, and I already have another pair ready in my cart.

Had already bought the Baleaf capris with the phone pocket and wanted to try the shorts. Can't believe how many manufacturers are ignoring active women who need a spot for their phones! So happy to discover Baleaf. The pocket fit my iPhone 7 in its case and held it firmly against my upper outer thigh so there wasn't bouncing around and I didn't get chaffed. There was also a hidden pocket at the waist that could actually hold a key with fob, not just a single key. Again, HOORAY and why don't more makers of activewear think of this? How many people just run out the door with NOTHING when they go run, walk or bike? I am 5'6" and wear a size 8 comfortably and the medium fit the way I wanted. It felt supportive and snug but nothing was tight. I am a runner and appreciate that the legs of the shorts didn't ride up as I ran. Fabric was a good thickness, not at all see through. I am a fan!

Amazing!! Love running in these so much I’m about to purchase a second pair. I’m 5’10 about 160lb and I wear 30-32 pants, got these in a small and they honestly fit perfectly. Any tighter would be too tight and any looser would require the drawstring.

Just bought these and only ran in them once forb6 miles butbthey are exactly what I was looking for super light, comfy, and fit perfect. Not too short but up to my lower middle thigh and I'm 6'1 and bought a medium. The back pocket fits my phone perfectly unlike some rhat are too small.I rarely write reviews but felt I must since I'm so satisfied. Cant speak to their longevity though. But I'm gonna order another pair.

I've been looking for running shorts that could hold my phone comfortably for years, and I can't be happier with these. The material is excellent, slim fitting and thick enough to be rugged, while also having enough stretch for a full range of motion. The phone pocket is a great idea, but it could be a bit deeper to allow the entire phone to fit. I tend to sweat quite a bit, so having some of the screen exposed makes the phone vulnerable. However, I have found that the hip pockets are tight enough that my phone doesn't bounce around in them. Overall I love these shorts, I wear them for runs as well as at the gym, and I think they are a great new development in sportswear technology.

These shorts are now my go-to for every day life, high intensity sports, and casual workouts. They're very comfortable. I own about 6 pairs, all different colors which is nice for variety.
The elastic waist fits well. The length is not too short but not too long. The best part about the UA Fly-By shorts is that they have pockets!! Very large and useful - I can hold my wallet, Galaxy Note 5 phone, and keys in one pocket. Designs and colors of the shorts are clean looking and vibrant.
