The company created its hydration belt to be as snug or loose as you want it to be, limiting movement and eliminating bounce. You can adjust the running fanny pack by sliding it up and down your waist and tightening or relaxing the straps. No more dripping! They’ve made their running water bottle more sturdy and leak-proof. Your four water bottles are the ideal size for extended runs and are housed in easy-access holders. Bottles will contain 10 oz when filled to the full. The bottles have no caps, so you can just crush and hydrate.

I bought this belt for long walks and it does the job. The bottles don’t leak and I like the colors, plus the pocket is big enough for money and keys. If you have a plus size phone, the pocket won’t fit much more. I fill two of the bottles for me and two for my dog! Perfect!
