This chair is very small, made for people about 5'2". If that's the case this chair is a perfect fit! The seat is quite firm. The electronic recline is smooth. It came with the back needing to be assemble to the base and a plug to connect which only took me about 2 minutes to accomplish! It appears to be SERTA quality and the material is nice and soft to the touch.
