I'm so glad that I was offered this oximeter for review as I'd been looking for one for a while. It works really well. It is compact, lightweight and easy to use. A lanyard is also provided.This oximeter only takes seconds to get a reading for your SpO2, heart rate and perfusion index. So far the readings are pretty consistent from the same person and slightly different between persons. I think it is a good sign that it is fairly accurate. I'm very happy with it
