But, one thing to keep in mind; if you have kidney problems, you should avoid consuming since this might lead to consequences.
Don't often review products but thought I should in this case. I've tried countless bars and protein supplements and knew that I was giving up taste for something that was good for me. My first bite of this bar I thought I was cheating, it was to tasty to be good for me.. Sure the calories, carbs and sodium might be higher than most other bars but consider the size, it's almost twice the size of others. Simply delicious and with 30 grams of protein how can you go wrong. Thank you

These are super sweet, maybe the best tasting protein bar I've had. This comes at a cost. The calories are double some other brands, while having nearly the same amount of protein content. Not a huge deal if you aren't cutting or if you have a diet that is prepared for it. As such, I have these spaced out between other protein boosters and don't eat them daily. I replaced totally unhealthy desserts with this and I look forward to eating them.
