This is the best knife I've ever owned. Bought one for my son who is in the Army and he loved his. Then I bought one for a fishing buddy and he also loved the knife. I then purchased one for myself and I carry it all the time. The assisted opening is spot on. You cannot wiggle the open knife because the fit is so good. The textured grip is marvelous. Be careful, you could slice a finger because this thing is SO sharp. Built in the USA and they'll resharpen it for life if you ever need it.

It is made carefully to meet the desire of outdoorsmen who wanted a sturdy knife but did not want to carry a long fixed-blade knife. Thus, this is crafted with the combination of good strengths, robust locking mechanisms but still retain the beauty and its reliable function.

I've carried a Buck 110 for 35 years, tried several other brands before, liked the feel, and durability of this knife the best. It has become a handy all around tool to have on my hip, and that is my problem, I use it for everything, and wind up breaking them. I wanted to just get him the basic Swiss army knife and thought it was really cool that this one came with the fire starter. Who doesn't love starting fires! I know I do! This is great for him to take to work (the knife not the fire starter) and also camping and day-to-day use. The fire starter is really cool for camping even though you could use a lighter. This makes it more fun somehow. I would recommend this purchase. Made a nice gift. He was pleasantly pleased.

Easy to unfold and to fold. This small pocket knife will sit perfectly on your sack. Handy and useful for your camping gear. It is crafted from a sharp stainless-steel blade and a beautiful beechwood handle. Equipped with carbon content provides an excellent cutting edge, plus, the Virobloc ring locks the blade in both open and closed positions for safer handling in use and on the go.

It comes out of the box pretty sharp as is. Not like a super sharp chef knife cutting effortlessly through paper, but plenty sharp for a sub-$20 pocket knife. Simple design, lightweight, and feels good in the hand. This'll be my go-to camping knife.

The overall length is 21.8 cm, pretty long and pretty capable of doing rough work in the forest with its harsh and tough environment. The blade is made of reliable 4034 black oxides high carbon stainless steel with a black aluminum handle with rubber inlay. There is a flipper or finger actuator and M.A.G.I.C – the feature for having you easy and quick to flip it.

This is actually my third S&W assisted "magic" opening knife. These knives are what you would expect from S&W... High quality. I lost one, which isn't the knife's fault, have one that I have beat the heck out of for almost a year and one I just bought to keep in an emergency kit. These knives come razor sharp, hold a good edge and even when you use them for something you shouldn't resharpening is pretty easy. Just a good robust tool. I would suggest checking your local and state laws before buying one of these though. In some areas the assisted operation is a real grey area of the law.

It has been said that the Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is one of the most popular knives on the market today. The gripping is handsomely made with the camo pattern. The razor is pretty sharp to slice down the deers.

I love this knife, it really is legendary among spyderco fans, and for good reason. Despite being very large, it pockets really well, and the full flat grind makes it a great slicer without it feeling like theres not enough steel behind the edge that it will be prone to breaking. Like with most spyderco knives, would recommend grabbing a Lynch Northwest deep carry clip to pair with it.

We love the solid color of the 535BK-2 blade. Lightweight, ergonomic build designed with EDC concept. There is a partial swedge to provide a finer point and comes fitted with anodized dual thumb studs for easy one-handed operation. And speaking of the sturdiness and the durability, the blade is extremely well at handling corrosion. it can last for years.

Perfect size and weight for pocket carry. It didn't take long to become proficient and feel much more secure on my hikes. I now Carry it with me everywhere I go. I would like to purchase more over time and will definitely buy other Benchmade knives for self defense. Great quality product, Well done!!!!
