Eau de Toilette has 5-15% of aromatic compounds and can last up to 2-3 hours, perfect for everyday use. Eau de cologne only contains 2-4% fragrance for 2 hours. Finally, the body mist with the least concentration is suitable for a short time period.
How do I make the scent last?
Since perfume evaporates after a few hours, you can make it linger longer by applying petroleum jelly or layering it with a perfumed lotion to areas where you will apply the perfume. Another hack is to spray on the perfume immediately after you shower because at that time the pores are still open and can absorb the fragrance properly.
