Another great choice for after birth is these organic cotton pads. It has biodegradable plant-based wrapping, excellent leak prevention, and waterproof backing. Don’t worry, the package is also plastic-free, so it’s not only your vag that appreciates it but the whole planet as well. For heavy flow, use a Super/Overnight period pad with a length of 10 3/4″; for teenagers, use a normal day pad with a length of 10 3/4″.

I really appreciate this brand and their efforts to be sustainable and ethical. The pads work well and the TOP absorbency levels on the sides of the box are very accurate. This is great for nighttime use.

They’re long and thick, but they don’t have wings.
