Organyc is a well-known brand of organic feminine hygiene products. They are reasonably priced and are available in a variety of absorbency and size levels. Organyc pads are hypoallergenic, making them ideal for those who have sensitive skin or allergies. If you suffer rashes with conventional pads, give them a try for a few months and we’re certain you’ll see a significant improvement.

My wife switched to these because the regular kind from big chain stores (always, maxi etc) were irritating her skin. No more irritation and she gives these 5 stars. Her best friend also recently switched and was equally happy.

While you sleep, the very absorbent Leak Locker core keeps you dry and avoids stains, allowing you to dream peacefully.

These are PERFECT for sleeping, and don't leak even on my heaviest days! I've used these for my past couple of cycles. Like other ladies have noted, they don't irritate your skin and I agree with the reviewer who wishes they were available in stores!

If you want a sanitary napkin that won’t irritate your skin but don’t want to pay $0.40 per pad, Seventh Generation is the brand to go for. You don’t have to worry about exposing your most delicate skin to unwanted chemicals since these maxi pads offer the protection you need without the fragrances. They include a breathable layer for comfort and are intended to adapt to your body for lon leak prevention.

Most maxi pads are way too long for me to be comfortable. These are a little over 7” long and are perfect for my needs. (Another review compared it to liner length, but they’re a little longer than the liners I have.) I highly recommend these!

Great overnight pads, very thin yet absorbent. Also they're really big which is perfect for while you're sleeping. Honestly, these were probably the most comfortable pads I've ever used! Definitely buying again!

These Natracare organic maxi pads are next on our list of the top organic maxi pads. Consumers have said that these organic pads aren’t overly thick and remain in place nicely. They’re also extremely soft and pleasant to the touch. The only reason they don’t rank higher is because of the cost. They’re among the priciest non-toxic pads on the market right now.
